About
Over the past nine years, I've worked for several marketing/lead gen, media, and fintech companies and departments. Having primarily worked in B2B marketing, I have a background in web design.
Since then, I've worked as a contract UX Associate for a lead gen marketing company called Dragon 360 and as a full-time UX Strategist for an investment fintech company called NinjaTrader. Currently, I'm completing an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction.

I collaborated cross-functionally with content marketing, data analytics, and growth marketing teams. Helped launch the first UX repository and implemented a continuous and cyclical research process. Collaborated to implement an A/B testing protocol. Contributed to a drastic increase in UX maturity in the marketing and product departments.

I used user behavior analytics in assessing landing page and website performance. Conducted and analyzed heat maps, session recordings, heuristic evaluations, and A/B tests. Used data analysis to evaluate site performance weekly, month to month, and year to year.
